By placing an order on our Website, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

Scope

These Terms apply to all orders placed through our online shop at europemagicwand.com. They apply to consumers (natural persons acting for purposes outside their trade, business, or profession) within the European Union and European Economic Area.

Orders and Payment

Contract Formation

Product listings on our Website constitute an invitation to make an offer, not a binding offer.

  1. You place a binding order by completing the checkout process and clicking the “Place Order” button.
  2. You will receive an automatic order confirmation by email. This confirms receipt of your order.
  3. The contract is concluded when we ship the goods and send you a shipping confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse an order if the product is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we are unable to verify your payment.

Prices and Payment

All prices on the Website are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are displayed during checkout before you place your order.

Payment is processed at the time of order. We do not store your credit card details. All card payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and Delivery

  • Same-day shipping for orders placed before the daily cut-off time (business days).
  • Discreet packaging – all orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging.
  • Free delivery on orders over €40 to select countries. Eligibility is shown during checkout.

Estimated delivery times depend on your location and are displayed during checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.

We ship via UPS, GLS, and DHL depending on the destination. Tracking information is provided by email once your order has shipped.

For consumer purchases, the risk of loss or damage passes to you when you (or a person designated by you) take physical possession of the goods, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Returns and Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party (other than the carrier) indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. email or letter) to:

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the initial delivery costs (except supplementary costs if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

The goods must be returned in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, products whose seal has been broken after delivery may not be eligible for return, in accordance with Article 16(e) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). This exception applies only where the seal is clearly indicated on the packaging.

In addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, we offer a 30-day return period for sealed products. The product must be unused and in its original, sealed packaging.

Warranty

Warranty

All products are covered by the EU legal guarantee of conformity. Under EU consumer law, you have a minimum 2-year warranty from the date of delivery. If a product is defective or does not conform to the contract, you are entitled to have it repaired, replaced, or refunded in accordance with EU Directive 2019/771.

To make a warranty claim, contact us at support@europemagicwand.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We may request photos or videos to assess the defect.

Legal Terms

Limitation of Liability

We are liable in accordance with applicable law. Our liability for slight negligence is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damages, except in cases of injury to life, body, or health.

We are not liable for damages arising from misuse of the product or failure to follow the product instructions.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and software, is the property of Amok Marketing ApS or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If you are a consumer residing in the EU, you also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you reside. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer under applicable EU law.
