Quality is necessary for a product that doesn’t just end up in the drawer but is used again and again. It is also important for any product to be free from hazardous substances and safe to use. We are possibly the only ones in the industry who publish our documentation and tests for phthalates and CE. Test results

In connection with the development of Europe Magic Wand, it was especially important for our engineers that the electric massager should meet the requirements of EU legislation for safety and thereby be CE marked.

To the best of our knowledge, we are the only Danish-produced Europe Magic Wand that publicizes documentation so you can be sure you are buying a product that has been thoroughly tested by an independent authority. It is this documentation facilitating that we can CE mark Europe Magic Wand, thus marketing and selling in the EU (EEA).

The speed affects the sensation Europe Magic Wand delivers to the body. However, as seen in this measurement chart, the amplitude is often greater at lower speeds, and greater amplitude of motion is experienced as a more comfortable and deep vibration than vibrations faster speeds.

The amplitude describes how much the head of the Europe Magic Wand moves back and forth during average use. A higher value will be perceived as deep, and a lower value as superficial.

In the following tables, you can see measurements for the amplitude both on the side and on the top of the massager. The reason for this is there are many who use the head of the massager.

Guarantee

The length of the guarantee is dependent upon the rules of the country in which you bought the massager. In Europe, it will be at least 1 year, and possibly up to 2 years. If you buy directly from us you will get a 2-year guarantee.

In the EU there are specific rules for products bought in a physical store. As a consumer, you have the right to return your product within 7 days. The limit is longer in many other countries.

If you wish to return your product, the packaging must remain sealed. This confirms the product is still new and unused.

A binding purchase agreement has not been made with Europe Magic Wand until you have received an order confirmation.

Reservations are made for price errors caused by changes in currency rates, war, terror, natural disasters, nuclear attacks, force majeure, delivery failures, tax changes, sold out items, and printing errors.

Europe Magic Wand may in some circumstances use Google tracking to register the effect of advertising.

Reservations are made for sold out items and delayed delivery times for wholesalers at Europe Magic Wand.

  1. Warranty
    The warranty is the customer’s right to reclaim a product that had faults or defects present when the item was sold. The customer has two years to find defects proven to be the seller’s responsibility. During the first 6 months the burden lies with the retailer, the following 1½ years is with the customer. The warranty is the customer’s statutory right.
  2. Guarantee
    A guarantee is a special agreement between the buyer and the seller. If the customer and the seller agree on a guarantee of two years, the customer can complain about all types of errors and defects during this period. In this case, it is the seller’s responsibility to prove that the fault is due to a breach on the part of the customer. The guarantee is not the customer’s statutory right.
  3. Reasonable timeIIn the new Sales Law, the consumer always has two months to respond after a defect has been discovered. Therefore, complaints made within two months are considered within a reasonable time and thus in accordance with the law. Complaints can be made after two months have passed and still be considered within a reasonable time, however, this must be considered a rare circumstance.
  4. The presumption rule
    The last significant change to the Law of Purchase is the so-called Presumption Rule, which means that within the first six months it is assumed the error was present at purchase. Practically, the rule means that consumers are ensured a more lenient burden of proof within the first six months and thus will have the goods exchanged more easily.

All prices include 25% VAT and are in Danish kroner where nothing else is mentioned. Prices are only valid within Denmark’s borders, excluding The Faroe Islands and Greenland. The stated price at the time of ordering is the applicable order price. At Europe Magic Wand it is not possible to order goods in another way than via the website.

Europe Magic Wand does not save order confirmations after they are sent to the customer.

If you have received an order confirmation via mail, it can be returned to the sender with the subject line “Cancellation.” The cancellation should be made before 14.00 the same day. If if you have not received an order confirmation or an error has occurred, please contact us here.

Europe Magic Wand reserves the right to cancel an order up to the point of delivery.

Possible payment methods:

It’s not possible to make pre-payments as customer rights are significantly worsened in comparison to other forms of payment.

For purchases made via telephone or the Internet, the consumer has the right to cancellation with 14 days.

The right of withdrawal runs from the time the goods are transferred to the consumer. Should the purchase be canceled within 14 days, the purchase price will be refunded.

When using the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned in a condition that has not impaired the value of the product, ie. the product can be sold again. It must be possible for future consumers to inspect the product in the same way possible in the store, ie. any transparent plastic packaging must not be broken.

For hygienic reasons, we do not refund sex toys where the disposable packaging is broken. If you think you have trouble inspecting the product without breaking the packaging, please contact us.

Please contact us before returning goods to the return address.

As a consumer, you have a 2-year warranty, which means you can either have the goods repaired, exchanged, your money back, or a deduction of the price depending on the specific situation. This, of course, assumes the complaint is justified. If there is a further warranty or guarantee, it will appear separately from the invoice.

Should goods break during the warranty period, they will be repaired or exchanged free of charge.

Damage to the product caused by operating errors, handling errors, modifications or gross misuse by the user is not covered by warranty. This also includes changing the applied current to any relevant component.

We also refer to section 78 of the Danish Sale of Goods Act for procedures regarding complaints.

Complaints regarding faults and defects must be notified at volupto.dk within a reasonable time after the goods have been received.

The customer is strongly encouraged to make a statement regarding the defect of the product in connection with the complaint, as an omission may cause an extension of the remediation process due to troubleshooting.

The customer can reclaim by returning the defective item by mail. Please contact us before returning goods.
Goods returned or sent without postage are denied by Europe Magic Wand.

Defective or incorrect goods returned to Europe Magic Wand where defects or faults defined by the customer are not found will be returned to the customer inclusive of a test fee. Europe Magic Wand reserves the right to charge this fee and shipping costs on delivery (COD).

The test fee is DKK 200.00 per. half hour incl. VAT. The test fee is calculated on the basis of time spent in connection with testing and troubleshooting.

If accessories are included, the number and product description must be included.

Goods should be returned with an invoice copy showing the time and date of purchase. The goods will otherwise be held until there is an invoice copy present.

Goods not included in the warranty and received without proper packaging will be repackaged and an amount corresponding to our expenses for necessary and proper packaging will be charged.

All products returned to Europe Magic Wand must be securely wrapped. Damage as a result of defective packaging may result in a loss of rights.

Europe Magic Wand recommends the item be returned as parcel post with a tracking number, this helps eliminate any doubts as to whether the product has been handed over to Europe Magic Wand. Furthermore, the customer has the option to track the package if delivery has not taken place.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
