Your Europe Magic Wand comes with the massager, a power cord with the correct plug for your region, and a printed user guide.

Yes. We ship the correct plug type for your region. The Europe Magic Wand operates on 100-240V~ 50-60Hz, which means it works with mains power in virtually every country. If you are in the US (110V), the device will work, but we do not sell on the US market and do not supply US plug adapters. When travelling, you may need a simple plug adapter for the local socket shape, but you do not need a voltage transformer.

No. The Europe Magic Wand is mains-powered only. We do not offer a cordless or rechargeable version, and we do not have plans to make one at this time. Mains power delivers consistent, full-strength vibrations that never fade or weaken. If you see a “wireless” or “rechargeable” magic wand being sold online, it is not our product.

The Europe Magic Wand is engineered for low noise. It is significantly quieter than comparable mains-powered wand massagers. You can see independent noise test results in our Safety and Test Results FAQ below.

Some increase in noise can occur over time due to normal wear on the motor brushes. Try running the device at full speed for 20 minutes without load to see if it improves. If the noise continues to increase or the vibrations feel weaker, the motor may need replacement. We sell replacement motors in our spare parts shop. If your device is within the 2-year warranty period, contact us with your serial number and we will help you.

Unplug the device first. Wipe the head with a damp cloth or use a mild soap. Do not submerge the device in water. Do not use alcohol-based cleaners or abrasive cleaners on the silicone head, as they may damage the surface.

Yes, the Europe Magic Wand is designed as a full-body massager. It is powerful enough for deep-tissue massage on the back, shoulders, and legs.

Yes. The Europe Magic Wand is CE and GS-certified and tested by independent laboratories for electrical safety and absence of hazardous substances (BPA-free, phthalate-free). We publish all our test documentation publicly. See our Safety and Test Results FAQ below.

The Europe Magic Wand uses a brushed motor. The brushes make contact with a rotating part inside the motor and can produce small sparks that may be visible through the plastic shell in a dark room. This is normal behavior for brushed motors and not a safety concern. If the sparks increase significantly or performance decreases, the motor brushes may be worn. Contact us if you are unsure.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship from our warehouse in Denmark to all EU and EEA countries, the UK, and Switzerland. All orders are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging.

We ship to all EU countries, the EEA (Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein), the UK, and Switzerland. During checkout, our website will show the available shipping options for your country. If your country is not listed, please contact us and we will try to find a solution.

For deliveries within the EU, all prices include VAT and there are no additional customs duties. For deliveries to countries outside the EU, such as the UK, Norway, or Switzerland, import duties and local VAT may apply. These are set by your country and are paid by you upon delivery.

We offer same-day shipping for orders placed before the daily cut-off time on business days. Typical delivery time within Europe is 2-4 business days.

Yes. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents.

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package on the carrier’s website.

First, check your tracking link, which is sent to you by email after shipping. If the tracking shows the package was delivered but you did not receive it, contact the carrier, such as UPS, GLS, or DHL, directly. If the package is being held at a pickup point, you may need to collect it within a limited time before it is returned. If you cannot resolve it with the carrier, contact us with your order number.

We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe, as well as Bancontact, iDEAL, SEPA Direct Debit, Przelewy24, and Bitcoin / Lightning Network via BTCPay. All payments are processed securely. We do not currently accept PayPal or payment on delivery.

Yes. You can cancel or change your order before it has been shipped by contacting us at support@europemagicwand.com. Once shipped, you can still return the product under our return policy.

If you paid via SEPA Direct Debit, the order is placed on hold until the payment clears, which can take several business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation once payment is confirmed. If you paid by credit card and did not receive a confirmation, please check your spam folder. If the issue persists, contact us with your name and email.

Returns and Warranty

All Europe Magic Wand products come with a 2-year warranty. We also offer a 30-day return policy for sealed, unused products purchased on europemagicwand.com.

Under EU law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, for hygiene reasons, products that have been unsealed and used may be subject to a reduced refund. Please contact us to discuss your specific situation.

All Europe Magic Wand products come with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. To make a warranty claim, contact us with your order number or proof of purchase, the serial number found on the silver sticker on the back, and a description or photo/video of the problem. Product Authenticity

The Europe Magic Wand is manufactured exclusively by Amok Products ApS. If you are unsure whether your product is genuine, check here.

A genuine Europe Magic Wand has a silver serial number sticker on the back, is mains-powered, and is sold by Amok Products ApS or one of our authorized retailers. If you purchased a “wireless”, “rechargeable”, “mini”, or “110V” magic wand, it is not our product.

We can only provide support and spare parts for products manufactured by us, Amok Products ApS. We have never sold products on the US 110V market. If your product is from another brand, please contact that manufacturer directly.

Troubleshooting

The following applies to all Europe Magic Wand models.

  1. Check that the power cord is securely plugged into both the device and the wall outlet
  2. Try a different wall outlet
  3. Unplug the device and let it rest for 10+ minutes, then plug it back in and try again. The device has thermal protection that shuts it off if it overheats.
  4. Inspect the power cord for visible damage

If none of these steps help, contact us with your serial number and proof of purchase.

The Europe Magic Wand has built-in thermal protection and is designed for a maximum of 25 minutes continuous use. If the device gets too hot, it will automatically shut off. This can happen if the ventilation slots at the bottom of the handle are covered, for example by your hand or bedding, or if the device has been running at maximum speed for an extended period. Let the device cool down for at least 10 minutes before turning it back on. Make sure the ventilation slots remain uncovered during use.

Try unplugging the device and letting it rest for 10+ minutes. If the problem persists, the FlexPCB circuit board or silicone button pad may need replacement. Both are available in our spare parts shop. If the device is within the 2-year warranty, contact us for support.

If you hear a rattling sound when shaking the device, a small internal component may have come loose. Contact us with your serial number and order details. If the device is within warranty, we will arrange a replacement.

Spare Parts and Repairs

We design the Europe Magic Wand for longevity. Spare parts are available for all models manufactured from 2017 onwards, and we guarantee availability for a minimum of 10 years.

Yes. We sell spare parts in our spare parts shop, including power cords, replacement motors, replacement heads, FlexPCB circuit boards, and silicone button pads. We guarantee spare parts availability for a minimum of 10 years for all products manufactured from 2017 onwards.

In many cases, yes. The most common repairs are cable replacement, motor replacement, and button pad replacement. We have customers who keep their Europe Magic Wand running for 10+ years with occasional part replacements. All spare parts can be ordered from our spare parts shop. We do not offer a send-in repair service, but any local electrician can assist with the replacement.

Yes. Replacement power cords are available in our spare parts shop. If the cable is currently out of stock, please contact us and we will let you know when it becomes available again. If your device is within the 2-year warranty and the cable failure is due to a manufacturing defect, the replacement may be covered.

This can happen over time with regular use. We sell replacement silicone button pads in our spare parts shop. They are available in both 2-switch and 3-switch versions, depending on your model.

Unfortunately, we no longer carry spare parts for the pre-2017 (2-button) version of the Europe Magic Wand. We can offer you a discount on a new Europe Magic Wand. Please contact us at support@europemagicwand.com.

The Europe Magic Wand App is a free companion app for the Europe Magic Wand App model (EMW-APP). It lets you control your device wirelessly, with preset vibration patterns, precision intensity sliders, and a draw-your-own vibration feature.

  • Restart your phone
  • Verify the device is connected and selected
  • Check that your pattern has intensity variations
  • Try a preset pattern first
  • Stay within Bluetooth® range, up to 10 meters / 33 feet in open space and less through walls
  • Avoid placing other Bluetooth® devices between your phone and the wand
  • Close other apps that may be using Bluetooth®
  • Make sure your phone’s operating system is up to date
  • Make sure you are running the latest version of the app
  • Update your phone’s operating system
  • Force close the app and reopen it
  • If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall the app. Your custom patterns are stored locally and will be lost, so note them down first.

The Europe Magic Wand App does not collect, store, or share any personal data. No account is required. It uses no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. All settings and custom vibration patterns are stored locally on your device and are never transmitted.

  • Clear saved patterns and settings: In the app, go to More > Settings & Cache > App Cache and tap Clear
  • Forget paired devices: In the app, go to More > Settings & Cache > Device Connections and tap Reset
  • Clear patterns stored on the wand: Hold the power button on your Europe Magic Wand for 6 seconds to reset all stored patterns on the device itself
  • You can also uninstall the app to remove all locally stored data
