    Is euro-wand.com a legitimate seller?
I could not find them in your list
    thanks

  • helena September 6, 2017, 18:13

    Hi,
Some websites sell a EMW with just two buttons (- and +), other sites with three (- and + and off) Are they both real or is one a fake?
I would like to buy this one from bol.com, is it an official one?
    https://www.bol.com/nl/p/europe-magic-wand/9200000012144020/?suggestionType=suggestedsearch

    • Jesper Rubech Rasmussen September 6, 2017, 19:15

      Hi Helena

Thanks for your question. Yes the two button and three button versions are both the real Europe Magic Wand.

In this post you can see both versions:
      https://europemagicwand.com/new-button/

The reason for changing the button is that the demands for the CE has changed, so we had to change to three buttons in stead of two.

The pictures on the link you have provided is definitely the real Europe Magic Wand, but bol.com is not an official dealer or associated in any way, so I cannot guarantee that you will receive the correct product on the pictures. You can always provide me with pictures of your purchase and then I can confirm to you if it is the real one.

      Best regards
      Jesper, EuropeMagicWand

Hi, can you please confirm that the retailer https://euro-wand.com/ is authorised and sells your product? As we do not have a dealer here, this would be my only choice to buy it.
Also, they offer a G-spor attachment. Is it safe to use? I would not want it to cause damage to the wand.
    Thanks.
    Best regards,
    Hana

    • Jesper Rubech Rasmussen August 2, 2017, 19:18

      Hi Hana

I can confirm that https://euro-wand.com/ is authorised and sells Europe Magic Wand.

Our G-spot attachment Genius is safe to use on the Europe Magic Wand. We do however recommend only to use the speed setting 1-4 when using the Genius attachment. There is a very powerful transmission of vibrations to the attachment when it is mounted directly on the EMW metal head.

      Best regards

Hi there, do you guys have a supplier in South Africa?
I see there are a few copies of this product. I don’t want anything else other than real deal for the love of my life.
    🙂

    • Jesper Rubech Rasmussen February 21, 2017, 10:14

      Hi Ryan

      Thanks for your nice words:)

We do not have any suppliers in South Africa yet. There might be some on our dealers list that will ship to South Africa, please have a look.

      Best regards
      Jesper, EuropeMagicWand.com

When an official cheap place to ship to Australia? The ones in euro are sooo expensive even without shipping!
Other than that just a plug adapter is needed,
    Cheers

  • peter brewer August 3, 2015, 15:56

Hi guys – do you have a supplier in New Zealand yet – we are conventional 240 volt – auss
and NZ plugs are the same. Yours seems to be the only massager of this type worth investing in
how many watt is it – what would be the price in NZ.

    Many thanks , Peter

    • Jesper Rubech Rasmussen September 16, 2015, 10:05

      Hi Peter,

Thanks for your kind words about Europe Magic Wand:)

We do not have any supplier in New Zealand yet, but as soon as we get the right approvals, there will be one with Australian/New Zealand plug.

The massager is using from 15-30 Watt depending on the load that is applied. Most massagers will decrease in speed when the load is increasing, but EMW is designed to keep the speed constant while increasing the wattage instead. Therefore the massager will feel stronger and deliver more power with an increasing load.

I think the price will be around 240 NZ$.

      Best regards

Hi, nice people of European Magical Wand !

Is it possible and safe to buy a Magic Wand in Hungary, and they send it to my Love in Romania ?
Can I be sure, that she will get my gift?

Thanks in advance for your answer

    Fred

    • Jesper Rubech Rasmussen May 13, 2015, 15:35

      Hi Fred,

Unfortunately we do not have any dealers in Hungary yet. I would suggest that you try one of our other dealers from our list and ask if they can ship an EMW to Romania for you.

If you choose a dealer from our dealers list, you can be sure she will get the gift:)

      Best regards

    • Jesper Rubech Rasmussen August 27, 2014, 09:14

      Hi Fred,

If you use a voltage converter adaptor, it will also work in the US.

  • Gunz June 9, 2014, 22:21

Is there any place that sells the wand and offers international shipping? For those European countries that do not have a retailer yet?

  • TJ May 4, 2014, 10:06

Hi there! Is this available online to ship to Australia? Any links to suppliers would be most welcome.
    Thanks!

    • Jesper Rubech Rasmussen May 4, 2014, 14:07

      Hi TJ,

Our Europe Magic Wand is only approved for sale in the EU (CE). We are planning to get a broader approval so Australia will be included, but it will not be before later this year.

I will update the blog when it happens.

      Best regards

Hello. Can I purchase a unit via your website and have it shipped to the United States? If not, how can I go about getting one in the US for an upcoming trip to Europe in two weeks time?

    Thanks,

    Betty

    • Jesper Rubech Rasmussen September 9, 2013, 04:40

      Hi Betty,

Unfortunately we or our dealers cannot ship Europe Magic Wand to the US, as it do not have the right approvals the the market in the US.

You can write me an e-mail (jesper@amokmarketing.com) with your destination, and I can see if we have a dealer near your place that can help you with getting a Europe Magic Wand. You are also welcome to have a look here: http://europemagicwand.com/where-to-buy/

Let me know if you have any other questions.
